- “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on our website.
- “Order” means a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
- “You” means the individual placing the order or accessing the website.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email).
Please note that items showing obvious signs of use or consumption may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.
- We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days, depending on your financial institution.
If your refund is delayed or missing:
- First, check your bank account or contact your credit card provider.
- If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at bound-kingdom@outlook.com.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please email us at bound-kingdom@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
To cancel your order:
- Send an email to bound-kingdom@outlook.com with your order number and a request to cancel.
- If the cancellation request is made within the 12-hour window and the order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- If your order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may proceed with a return request once the order has been delivered.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure your order is packed securely and correctly. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Include a clear photo of the item(s) received, along with your order number and details of the issue.
- We will assess and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund accordingly.
