Due to the perishable nature of our products, all snack sales are final and non-returnable once purchased. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been opened, consumed, or kept beyond reasonable storage conditions.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or purchase with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
-You received the wrong item.
-The product was damaged upon arrival (e.g. broken packaging, spoiled goods).
-The item is missing from your order.
Please note:
-We do not accept returns for taste preferences or change of mind.
-Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt for any refund consideration.
-We do not accept returns sent directly to the manufacturer.
We reserve the right to approve or reject refund claims based on the condition of the item and the nature of the issue.
